- Two blank checks are required a week in advance of the scheduled show.

- Gold Stirrup requires students to show a minimum of two schooling shows per year.

- Gold Stirrup will take at least one groom to each show.

- Prices:

Horse rental per weekend: $100

Haul of horse to Plantation: $125

Daily grooming: $50

Trainer fee: $150 weekend

Schooling of horse by trainer: $50 each ride

Horse body clip: $150

Pony body clip: $100

Partial clip (ears, muzzle, briddle path, legs): $50

- Horses shall have 3 buckets with clips in front of their stall the night before departure.

- Standing wraps and quilts should be prepared and left in front of horses stall the night before departure.

- All tack and supplies must be prepared by owner and it is their responsibility to take it to the show grounds, unless otherwise arranged. Barn shall not be responsible for packing for horse owners.

- There will be a $100 non refundable fee for cancelled shows.

- Schooling shall be performed on Fridays at the show grounds. Schedule with your trainer to be there anytime before 7:00 pm for Plantation or before 5:00 in Wellington.

- Black velvet helmet

- Tan jodpurs (children under 12)

- paddock boots (children uner 12)

- leg garders (children under 12) matching boot color

- Show shirt

- Show jacket (any dark color except black)

- Gloves

- Belt

- Crop and spurs

- Tie (for boys)

- Tall field boots and breeches (children over 12)

- (Girls under 12) 2 braids with big bows at the end.

- School logo polo shirts required to attend shows. Ask the office for details.
