- Students MUST arrive at least 20 minutes before their scheduled lesson in order to tack up their horse and be ready for their lesson on time. If arriving late you will have to wait for the next available spot if any, or ride the remainder of your lesson. Lesson will be charged regardless.

- Students MUST cancel their lesson at least 24 hours in advance and reschedule or lesson will be charged. No exceptions will be made.

- Students MUST bring proper and complete school attire for every lesson: boots (paddock boots allowed) in such a case half chaps MUST be worn, breeches, helmet and crop. Shirts tucked in.

- Helmets, boots, breeches and half chaps are available for rent. Ask for details.

- Monthly prepaid lesson packages are available. Packages only valid monthly. All lessons must be fulfilled within the month scheduled (no rollover minutes :) ). Packages must be paid the first of the month.

- No one will be allowed to ride if lesson is not prepaid.

- If using a prepaid package reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. You will loose your lesson without a chance to reschedule if you do not call to cancel 24 hours in advance.

- There is absolutely no refunds made for dropouts. You must do your lessons within the month scheduled or you will loose them.

- Non-show lessons may loose their scheduled time for the next class. You must call to reschedule a new time if so be the case.

- Absolutely no unattended children allowed on the property.

- Children must be picked up after their lesson is completed unless prior arrangements have been made.

- Absolutely NO playing ball or running in this facility.

- Only boarders are allowed to have trunks and tack in the facility.

- It is the responsibility of the rider to cool off their horse and groom it before putting it away.

- Horses will be assigned by trainer as per her discretion.

- No playing or touching the dogs on the property.
